PT - A mundialmente famosa Naga, conhecido também como Bhut Jolokia (que significa pimenta fantasma) no norte da Índia é o principal ingrediente deste molho, fermentado por meses para criar um sabor e picante profundo e complexo, o molho é complementado por alguns sabores intensos : gengibre fresco, alho e uma mistura inebriante de curry forte de madras.
Ingredientes: Naga Bhut Jolokia (50%), vinagre de vinho branco, gengibre, alho, cebola em pó, caril madras em pó (contém mostarda), sal, vitamina C.
Gosto: Gengibre e alho com aroma de caril cheio de sabor, sabores terrosos de fundo e acidez equilibrada.
Combina com: Pratos de arroz e massa, caril, sopas, legumes grelhados, pratos indianos e asiáticos.
Ardência: Imediato e poderosamente intenso, espalhando-se desde a ponta da língua até toda a boca. Cuidado...!
